Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Every Plot Twist item is personalized and printed just for you, so our policy is a little different from a regular store.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund only before your order goes into production. Once it's in production, it can't be cancelled or changed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Misprints & defects

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll replace it or refund you. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery to ariel.mi85@gmail.com or through our contact form, with your order number.

What we can't accept

• Returns for personalization that matches the preview you approved (including spelling you entered).
• Returns for size or color choice — please check the options carefully.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
